Common Questions

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery order?

No! We deliver our products in insulated boxes to keep them cold and safe until you get home. If you cannot be home for the delivery, no worries. We simply ask that you unpack your order on the same day it's delivered.

Do I need to pay for home delivery? Is there a minimum?

We offer FREE HOME DELIVERY to all customers in the Rochester area. Regionally, delivery is free on orders over $99. Nationally, delivery is free on orders over $199.

Is there an order minimum or maximum?

Nope! You simply order as little or as much as you need.

What products do you deliver?

Nearly all of our products are available for home delivery! The only exception is Katy's Eggs, which are only available for local delivery. They are unfortunately too fragile for the mailman.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The farm works on a weekly order/delivery schedule. Orders are due before Sunday at midnight for delivery the following week. Watch your emails for updates on shipping status.
