Due to the perishable nature of our product, we DO NOT accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit store credit, refunds, and replacements.

Delivery Accuracy: Check your address carefully!! Let us know ASAP if there is anything awry with your address. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order confirmation email.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Handling & Freshness: All products shipped from Hidden Stream Farm are perishable. Please put frozen items in your freezer and fresh items in your fridge immediately upon receipt. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the customer. Other defects must be reported within 7 days from receipt of order.
