BBQ Missouri Style Ribs

Ingredients
- (2 Tbsp) BBQ Rub: Salt
- (4 Tbsp) BBQ Rub: Sugar
- (2 Tbsp) BBQ Rub: Ground cumin
- (2 Tbsp) BBQ Rub: Ground black pepper
- (2 Tbsp) BBQ Rub: Chili powder
- (4 Tbsp) BBQ Rub: Paprika
- (1 3/4 cups) Basting Sauce: White vinegar
- (2 Tbsp) Basting Sauce: Tabasco sauce
- (2 Tbsp) Basting Sauce: Sugar
- (1 Tbsp) Basting Sauce: Salt
- (1 Tbsp) Basting Sauce: Ground black pepper
- (2 full racks) Pork Spare Ribs
Directions
Preheat oven to 180F.
Rub ribs with the BBQ Rub mixture.
Place ribs on a baking sheet and cook for 3 hours (do not turn).
Let cool, refrigerate covered.
Cook ribs over low charcoal with racks set as high as possible - about 5 minutes per side, light crust on the outside, and heat throughout.
Longer the cooking time the better.
Remove from grill, cut between bones, serve and enjoy
