All Natural Bacon No Nitrates

A Breakfast Staple and crowd favorite at the Minnesota State Fair.

There is nothing like the mouthwatering aroma of bacon sizzling in the pan to wake your family up in the morning. Our bacon is cured with natural forms nitrates that occur in carrots, celery, and onions. It is bacon like none other.

Our All Natural Bacon is cut from the belly of the pig. 1 pound package with approximately 12-14 slices in each package.

Use Hidden Stream Farm bacon for that special breakfast or to add extra goodness to your favorite dish. One of our favorite quick lunches is slice-up leftover brats. To throw into a pan with some already-cooked potatoes, chopped-up bacon, and some bacon grease. You can also throw in any leftover vegetables you want to use up. 

Expert Tip: You can save your bacon grease to use for other dishes such as frying up potatoes.

Our pigs live in spacious, deep straw bedded hoop houses. This allows them to follow their natural tendencies for rooting in the dirt, making mud puddles if they wish, or burying themselves in straw to stay warm in the cold winter months. They are fed a feed that contains non-GMO grains, soybean meal, and minerals.
