Stock up pasture-raised chicken carcasses for making soup and stock. Our carcasses make great stock and still have a little meat left to throw in the soup.

Chicken Stock is so versatile and we use it in a lot of our recipes and meals. You can use the stock in replacement of water when cooking to add an additional depth of flavor.
