Arm roast is from the shoulder of a beef. This is one of the better marbled roasts, which provides lots of moisture in your finished meal.
Our tender arm roast is a great crock pot meal. Put the roast in the pot and surround it with veggies: onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Generously season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Pour some broth or tomato juice over top, and turn the crockpot on.
Special tip: The next day, this meal can be transformed into shredded beef sandwiches.
