Katy's Eggs

Katy's Eggs are from the kids of Hidden Stream Farm. Katy (the lead chicken tender) tends to the egg layers every day carefully feeding collecting and packaging the eggs daily. The hens are raised on pasture all season from April till the snow flies. This is evident by the deep orange yolks and great flavor! 

12 eggs in each carton.

Our hens are fed a vegetarian diet. They are kept out on pasture for most of the year and moved about every four days to new grass. The hens are free-range and able to forage for plants and bugs which is what gives the eggs a deep orange yolk and great flavor.
