Organic Corn Meal

Organic whole grain corn meal ground from selected stocks of thoroughly cleaned premium organic grade corn grown in Iowa. This corn meal complies with FDA standards of identity.

This corn meal is ground from our certified organic corn. The corn is from the whole kernel, un-sifted, with nothing added so you get the full flavor of Iowa organic corn in this cornmeal. 

Great for baking or added to your favorite cereal. Sold in a 1.75 pound bag. This is a whole grain flour. It contains all parts of the corn kernel (germ, endosperm, bran, hull). 

It is best to store this product in a cool, dry place to ensure quality until the best buy date. If you store it in a refrigerator or freezer, it may extend (not guaranteed) its quality past the best buy date.
