Organic whole wheat flour blended and ground from selected stocks of thoroughly cleaned premium grade hard red spring wheat and soft red winter wheat grown in Iowa. This flour complies with FDA standards of identity.

    This Flour is ground from certified organic wheat fields. It is a of mixture of Hard Red Spring Wheat and Soft Red Wheat. It has a protein content of around 11%.  Nothing has been added so you get the full flavor of the Iowa grown organic wheat. 

    This Iowa general purpose wheat flour is great for baking and similar to the general-purpose flour in the grocery stores except you can know the producer and the source of the wheat. Sold in a 4 pound bags. This is a whole grain flour. It contains all parts of the wheat (germ, endosperm, bran). It is sifted for consistency. 

    Store this flour in a cool, dry place to ensure quality until the best by date. Storing the flour in a refrigerator or freezer may extend its quality past the best buy date (not guaranteed).

    Manufactured in the same facility that also mills buckwheat, oats, corn, rye.
