Lambalot Acres is a third generation family farm in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. We produce a year around Supply of fresh tender favorful lamb due to our natural accelerated lambing Dorset & polypay ewes. Our ewes graze forages during the growing season and crop residue in fall and winter. Graze cover crops when our no tilled non gmo crop rotation allows.
