Organic Whole Wheat Flour

Organic whole wheat flour ground from selected stocks of thoroughly cleaned premium organic grade hard red spring wheat grown in Iowa. This flour complies with FDA standards of identity.

This Flour is ground from certified organic wheat fields using a stone mill. It is a mixture of Hard Red Spring Wheat and Soft Red Wheat that is sifted for a courser texture. It has a protein content of about 12%. Nothing has been added so you get the full flavor of the Iowa grown organic wheat. 

This Whole Wheat Flour is great for baking or added to your cereal or other favorite dishes. The Flour is sold in 4 pound bags. 

This is a whole grain flour. It contains all parts of the wheat (germ, endosperm, bran). It is sifted for consistency. 

It is best to store this flour in a cool, dry place to ensure quality until the best buy date. If you store it in a refrigerator or freezer, it may extend (not guaranteed) its quality past the best buy date.
