Barbecue Boneless Spare Ribs

A family favorite. Whenever they're in the oven, you can be sure everyone will be right on time for dinner.
We love to serve our boneless spare ribs with white rice!

Ingredients
- (3 lbs) Boneless Pork Spare Ribs
- Garlic Salt
- Pepper
- (1 Cup) Ketchup
- (1/2 Cup) Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- (1/2 Cup) Chili Sauce
- (2 Tablespoons) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (2 Tablespoons) Liquid Smoke (Optional)
- (2 Tablespoons) Liquid Smoke (Optional)
- (1 Tablespoon) Lemon Juice
Directions
- Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep warm.
- Place ribs in Dutch Oven or Crockpot, Baste with sauce.
- In a Dutch Oven, bake at 300°F for 5 hours, basting with the sauce occasionally. Or in a Crockpot on low for 8-10 Hours till the ribs fall apart.
