Ingredients
- MeatBalls
- (2 lb) Grass-Fed Ground Beef
- (1 lb) Ground Pork
- (3/4 Cup) Breadcrumbs
- (2 Tbsp) Parsley Flakes
- (1 Tbsp) Worcestshire Sauce
- (2 Eggs) Katy's Eggs
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1/4 tsp) Pepper
- Barbecue Sauce
- (1 Cup) Ketchup
- (3/4 Cup) Packed Brown Sugar
- (1/4 Cup) Onion, Minced
- (1/2 tsp) Liquid Smoke (optional)
- (1/4 tsp) Garlic Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Mix all the Meatball Ingredients in a large bowl. It's easiest to use your hands to mix it all together.
Once well mixed, make little 1-inch balls, roll them in your hands to get a nice round shape.
Fill a cast-iron frying pan with the meatballs. When finished, put in the oven to bake for 10 minutes at 400°F.
Lower the oven to 350°F and bake for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, start making the barbecue sauce: Combine all the barbecue sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Then heat through stirring until well combined.
Cover the meatballs with the barbecue sauce and put them back in the oven for another 30 minutes.
