Ingredients
- (3 Cups) Rolled Oats
- (1/2 Cup) Flax Seed
- (1 Cup) Shredded Coconut
- (1 tsp) Cinnamon
- (1/2 tsp) Salt
- (1/2 Cup) Optional (Dried Cranberries)
- (1/4 Cup) Sugar
- (1/2 Cup) Coconut Oil
- (1/2 Cup) Maple Syrup
- (1 Tbsp) Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F
Mix your dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup, melt your coconut oil and then combine with maple syrup and vanilla.
Mix together vigorously to combine. Then pour over dry ingredients and stir until is everything is well coated.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Then pour Granola onto the baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Stirring halfway through.
Allow to cool fully before putting in an airtight container to store
