Barbecued Pork Bites

We've been doing some experimenting in the kitchen to bring you a new recipe. Using pork stew meat which is precut into pieces perfect for a quick and easy throw in the crock pot recipe while you go about your day.
Tender pork that falls right apart, cooked in our favorite barbecue sauce.
This can be made in a dutch oven or a crockpot

Ingredients
- (2 lbs) Pork Stew Meat
- Garlic Salt
- Black Pepper
- (1 Cup) Ketchup
- (1/2 Cup) Chili Sauce
- (1/2 Cup, packed) Brown Sugar
- (2 Tablespoons) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (1 Tablespoon) Lemon Juice
- (1 Tablespoon) Liquid Smoke
- (1/4 Cup, finely chopped) Onion
Directions
Add your pork stew meat into your Dutch oven, Season with garlic salt and black pepper. Sprinkle your onion overtop.
Barbecue Sauce:
Combine ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and liquid smoke (optional) in a small bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
Cover your meat with the barbecue sauce.
Cook for about 4 hours in a Dutch oven at 300°F it may take a little longer in a crockpot.
Serve with rice
