This is a super quick and simple recipe for those days when you're extra busy and want something now. Dress it up or dress it down however you like.
This is a solid burrito or bowl base. But you can add or subtract whatever ingredients you want.
Ingredients
- (1lb) Chorizo Sausage, bulk
- (1-1/2 Cups, Cooked) Dry Kidney Beans
- (1 Cup, Cooked) Rice
- (1/2 Cup) Corn
- (For Topping) Cheddar Cheese
- Tortillas
Directions
- Brown 1lb of Chorizo in a frying pan
- Prepare your red kidney beans, corn, and rice.
- Add red kidney beans, corn, and rice into the pan and heat through
- Add it into a tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top.
